Settlers brought seeds and cuttings of the herb to grow in their kitchen gardens for use in food, medicine, Rosemary was known to help stimulate bile production for easier digestion and also worked to help decrease bloating. Food was often not as palatable as it is today and the fragrant tones of a cup of Rosemary tea helped! This wonderful Tea was often also drunk on the frontier to help reduce stress and anxiety, improving mood and emotional well-being and its why I drink it and chose to offer it to you too.
