Both white tea and rosemary are rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, which help combat oxidative stress of many chronic diseases. Their combined benefits include improved brain function and immune support.

The main reason I created this blend is because my mom passed of cancer and I am always trying to learn new ways of making myself stronger and helping others who suffer this terrible disease.

I found tucked away a couple of articles during my daily research from the National Library Of Medicine discussing

"Green Tea Leaves and Rosemary Extracts Selectively Inducing Cell Death in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer Cells and Cancer Stem Cells and Enhancing the Efficacy of Common Chemotherapeutics and also reducing cell growth of Colon Cancer"

( Links below)

Once I read THAT both white tea leaves and Rosemary as a combination extraction ( tea is an extraction)  then creating this SYNERGY Tea was a serious no brainer.. Synergy means extracts working together to create improvement

This 4.5 oz offering of Synergy Tea comes in a loose leaf form with 10 paper tea bags included. Everything is contained in a eye catching back tea canister that will fit well in your kitchen or given as a gift.

The Many Benefits of White Tea
White tea comes from the Camellia sinensis plant and is the least processed type of tea, thus retaining a high concentration of beneficial antioxidants, primarily polyphenols, flavonoids, and tannins.
High Antioxidant Content: Helps protect the body against free radicals and cellular damage, which is linked to aging and chronic diseases like cancer and heart disease.

Heart Health: May help lower cholesterol and blood pressure, reducing the risk of heart disease.Oral Health: Research suggests that white tea may contribute to dental health and help prevent cavities.Skin Health: Its antioxidant properties help protect the skin from damage caused by sun and free radicals, potentially combating skin aging.Blood Sugar Regulation: Some studies indicate it can reduce the risk of insulin resistance and help manage blood sugar levels.

The Wonderful Benefits of Rosemary
Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is a fragrant herb well-known in traditional medicine for its active ingredients, including rosmarinic acid and carnosic acid.
Digestive Aid: Promotes healthy digestion by stimulating bile flow, reducing gas, bloating, and stomach cramps.

Cognitive Function: Often considered a cognitive stimulant, it is linked to improved memory, concentration, alertness, and mood.

Anti-inflammatory Effects: Its anti-inflammatory compounds help alleviate pain associated with conditions like arthritis, muscle soreness, and general inflammation.

Immune System Support: Contains vitamins A and C, iron, and calcium, which help boost immune health and fight off infections.

Hair and Skin Health: Improves circulation to the scalp and skin, potentially promoting hair growth, reducing dandruff, and giving skin a healthy glow.

Stress Relief: The aroma of rosemary can have a calming effect, helping to lower stress and anxiety and improve sleep quality. That was a funny test given to school children who were divided into two groups one who did the homework whilst sniffing Rosemary and the other who did not. The group who sniffed Rosemarie maintained focus more clearly and were more successful in their results. I'll go find the article and pin it here :
